A balance between physical and academic activities helps youth be more focused in achieving their goals. The Physical Endurance programs lay the foundation for team and outdoor activities while changing the youth attitude towards fitness and healthy lifestyles.
We focus on the grassroots level and work with front line educators to create new opportunities for kids to be active, fit and healthy. We believe in fit kids, one zip code at a time. We work with communities to bring in funding, equipment, teacher training, curriculum and the resources needed to get kids fit and foster a love of movement.
Our biking program is designed for youth between the age of 7 - 16 years. We focus on quality biking events, and support every student-athlete in the core principles of strong body, strong mind and strong character through their efforts on the bike. We host our yearly event, Biking for Change, during Labor Day weekend and all participating teams align to the pledge of improving Bay Area biking facilities.
Our Volleyball program starts with a two-week summer bootcamp, followed by a 16-week program with the team participating in two major events.
Our year long basketball program focuses on youth between the ages of 9 - 14. Every youth in every team gets to participate at every event. Beside developing basketball skills, youth also develop teamwork, making friends, and gaining self-discipline and confidence.
